These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Loreforge iPad application (the “App”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/
The App offers a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase (“Premium”) that unlocks additional features (unlimited campaigns, ambient sounds, built-in music library, iCloud sync). Payment is processed solely by Apple; refund requests must be submitted through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Premium is Family Sharing eligible.
You retain all rights to the content you create or import in the App (campaigns, notes, characters, maps, calendars, custom audio, images). The App stores this content locally on your device and, optionally, in your private iCloud container. We have no access to, and claim no rights over, your content.

“Dungeons & Dragons,” “D&D,” and related marks are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Loreforge is an independent companion application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with future iOS versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (including in-app purchases) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may terminate them at any time by uninstalling the App. We may terminate or suspend the License if you materially breach these Terms.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the developer of Loreforge, not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce them. We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the developer’s residence, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The App is distributed worldwide via the Apple App Store; mandatory consumer protection laws of the user’s country of residence still apply.

Вы признаёте, что эти Условия заключены между вами и разработчиком Loreforge, а не с Apple. Apple является третьим лицом — выгодоприобретателем по этим Условиям и вправе их применять. Мы можем обновлять Условия. Дата «Последнее обновление» выше отражает актуальную версию. Продолжение использования Приложения после изменений означает их принятие.
К Условиям применяется право страны проживания разработчика, без учёта коллизионных норм. Приложение распространяется по всему миру через Apple App Store; обязательные нормы законодательства о защите прав потребителей страны проживания пользователя применяются в любом случае.
